Call for communications :
Caving, canyoning and underground diving, although these are very different activities, have in common constraints requiring adaptations of the human being as a whole, physiologically (effort, pressure, postures), environmental (cold, toxic, infectious agents), cognitive and mental (stress, human factor).
All these reactions also evolve with the practitioner’s age, technical experience, commitment and motivation.
Accidents are quite rare in the end, but they could still be reduced.
The symposium will welcome any communication proposal relating to the medical aspects of these three activities, whether oriented towards prevention, risk analysis or therapy.
